Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of your original order receipt.

The return fee will be deducted from the refund amount. At Monawears, we prioritize environmental impact reduction. The return fee is aimed at promoting mindful purchases and minimizing unnecessary returns, contributing to our commitment to a greener planet.
RETURN POLICY:
We accept returns for unworn, unwashed items in new condition with original tags attached. Registration of returns online and depositing them at your local post office within 14 days from the original order date is required. Gaâla cannot refund any duties or taxes on international shipments. Altered items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refund Processing Time:
Upon receiving your return, please allow 7-10 business days for processing and an additional 5-7 business days for your bank to issue the refund.
Refund Options:
You may choose to receive a refund on the original payment method, exchange your item for an item of equal value.
For purchases made using Mona Wears, refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
CANCELLATIONS:
We accept cancellations within 3 business days of placing an order, except for delayed orders. To cancel, contact us at contact@monawears.com with your order number and request.
Cancelled orders will be refunded via the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
