We proudly ship worldwide, with shipping costs varying based on package size, weight, and chosen destination. Two delivery options are available: express shipping via DHL or standard shipping through FedEx or DPD.

Opting for Express Shipping ensures delivery within 2-3 business days from the confirmation of your order dispatch via email. Our usual order processing time is 1-2 business days unless specified otherwise immediately after purchase. Express shipping fees range from 17 EUR to 50 EUR per order.

For Standard Shipping, your package typically arrives within 5-7 business days following the email confirmation of dispatch. During exceptionally busy festive periods, delivery times may extend despite our prompt dispatch efforts. The usual order processing time remains 1-2 business days. Mona Wears extends free standard shipping globally.

Please note that shipping fees are not included in the product price and will be calculated during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

When initiating a return, the client is responsible for covering the shipping costs for both the return and initial delivery. Refunds will not include these shipping expenses.
