1. Contract Conclusion

1.1 Our display of goods in the Mona Wears online shop is an invitation for you to place orders and is not binding.

1.2 Submitting an order constitutes a binding offer to enter a purchase contract.

1.3 Acceptance of orders through the Mona Wears online shop occurs upon delivery of goods. The order confirmation email is not acceptance of the offer but acknowledges receipt. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion. If we cannot accept an order, a prompt notification will be sent, and any payments made will be refunded.

1.4 Our goods are sold exclusively to end consumers of all ages in standard commercial quantities.

1.5 The online ordering process involves three steps: selecting goods, optionally logging in, entering billing and delivery details, and choosing a payment method. After submission, the order can be printed.

2. Contract Language and Text Storage

2.1 The contract language is English.

2.2 We don’t store the entire contract text. Before submission, the contract details can be printed or electronically saved via the browser’s print function. After order placement, essential information, including order data, distance selling terms, and general conditions, will be emailed.

3. Minimum Order Value and Shipping

3.1 Minimum order value is $25.

3.2 Standard shipping costs within Germany are $5.95, within the EU are $15.00. Free shipping within Germany for orders over $99 and within the EU for orders over $150.

3.3 Shipping outside the EU costs $45.00. Free shipping for orders over $350. Recipients are responsible for customs and import duties. Deliveries to third countries don’t go to packing stations.

3.4 Dispatch occurs approximately 5 to 7 working days after the order date.

4. Prices and Payment Methods

4.1 Prices at the order time apply, inclusive of valid VAT.

4.2 Payment methods suggested in the ordering process apply.

4.3 Payment is required in advance using the selected method.

4.4 Payment is due immediately or within 7 days after the order. Failure to pay may result in order and contract cancellation.

5. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment.

6. Legal Cancellation Policy

6.1 Right of Withdrawal: You have 30 days to withdraw from the contract without providing reasons. The cancellation period starts with receiving the goods. You can inform us of your decision to withdraw through a clear statement via post or email using the provided sample cancellation form (not obligatory).
