The return fee will be deducted from the refund amount. At Mona Wears, we’re dedicated to making a positive impact on our planet by reducing our carbon footprint. Through the return fee, we encourage mindful purchasing decisions, minimizing unnecessary returns, and ultimately lessening our environmental impact.
Return Policy
We accept returns for unworn, unwashed items in new condition with original tags attached. Please ensure returns are registered online and deposited at your local post within 14 days from your order’s original receipt. Mona Wears cannot refund any duties or taxes paid on international shipments. Altered items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refund Processing
Upon receiving your return, please allow 7-10 business days for processing, followed by 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
You can opt for a refund to the original payment method or exchange your item for another of equal value.
For purchases made using Klarna, refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method.
Cancellations
We accept cancellations within 3 days of placing an order, excluding delayed orders.
To cancel an order, kindly contact us at contact@monawears.com with your order number and request. Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
